Frederik is a mobile furniture that supports the doctor and nurse while visting the patients for a personal consultation. Patient records and journals are being kept in stackable boxes. Those can be used as a modular shelf in the office after digitalisation. The newly available space in the frame of Frederik can be used for a printer.
The top box includes two flat drawers for a laptop and small medical equipment. The aluminium frame includes a gas tube system that makes the height of the trolley adjustible. The surface can be extended to provide enough space to work comfortably. The small size of the trolley guarantees easy manoeuvering and turning around on the spot in small hospital wards.
