"Pill to Go" is a packaging for medicaments designed regarding the needs of elderly people. The project took place in cooperation with the pharmaceutical company Grünenthal.
Some medicaments, such as painkillers are often taken along precautionary. "Pill to Go" is a special take-away package that was created to support this habit. Perforated elements of the blister package can be detached, folded and plugged together for easy transport in a purse. In order to prevent it from being destructed, the aluminium coating is turned to the inside by folding the blister element. The fold creates a round cutout that can be used to attach the package to a key ring. Shifted bulges serve as a handle for opening it. The outlines of the blister package fit exactly into one another, which helps reducing the cuttings during production. >>>
